This Privacy Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect from you while you visit www.ENFOS.com (“Site”). We do update this Policy from time to time so please do review the Site regularly.

  • To reduce the risk of fraud.

Access to Information

ENFOS acknowledges that EU individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

ENFOS is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If any provision of this Policy is invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, such provision shall be deemed amended to achieve as nearly as possible the same effect as the original provision and the remaining provisions of this Policy shall in no way be affected or impaired.

ENFOS, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. ENFOS, Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework program’s Principles, ENFOS, Inc. commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to the DPF Principles. ENFOS, Inc. has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, Data Privacy Framework Services, operated by BBB National Programs. This service is provided free of charge to you.
