Role & Scope
Alex serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he architects enterprise operating systems and leads professionalization initiatives that enable predictable growth and execution at scale. He partners with the executive team to translate strategy into durable processes across financial reporting, go-to-market execution, revenue operations, talent acquisition, and organizational design, instilling the operating discipline required to scale a category-defining vertical software platform and drive long-term enterprise value creation.
Experience
Brings deep vertical software expertise from growth equity, where he partnered with founders, executive teams, and boards across scaling software companies in industrial end markets including environmental, manufacturing, and construction. As a board observer and strategic advisor, he worked closely with leadership teams to strengthen operating models, scale go-to-market motions, evaluate product and platform strategy, and drive acquisition strategy and execution through critical growth inflection points.
At ENFOS, Alex translates complex market positioning and board-level priorities into executable growth strategies and day-to-day operating plans, building the systems and operating cadence that bridge strategic direction with execution across finance, sales, marketing, product, and talent. His work includes designing go-to-market motions, revenue operations frameworks, implementing financial planning and reporting systems, and establishing cross-functional operating rhythms that drive predictable performance and organizational alignment.
Education
Holds a BA from Amherst College, where he majored in Political Science and quarterbacked the football team.

Enjoys skiing, chess, travel, fitness, and spending summers on the East Coast with family and friends.
