Roger is Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at ENFOS, where he defines the Environmental Obligation Management category and provides thought leadership that enterprises rely on to govern, measure, and report Environmental Obligations. As executive sponsor to ENFOS’s enterprise customer base, he shapes how the market understands Environmental Obligation governance by translating evolving regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and operational realities into repeatable, enterprise-grade frameworks that guide strategic market positioning and product roadmap direction as complexity continues to evolve.
Experience
Brings over 40 years of experience shaping how Environmental Obligations are measured, governed, and reported within large enterprises. His work includes developing industry playbooks and best-practice frameworks, authoring white papers that establish emerging standards, and advising executive teams managing complex Environmental Obligation portfolios at scale. Earlier in his career, he served as an environmental consultant at Handex Consulting, where he gained deep field experience in soil and groundwater remediation, program leadership, and operations that inform ENFOS’s category and product direction today.
Widely recognized for deep expertise at the intersection of subsurface contamination, Environmental Obligation governance, and accounting-adjacent workflows. Regularly engaged in translating regulatory and audit requirements into repeatable, enterprise-grade frameworks adopted by public and private companies, regulators, auditors, and consultants.
Education
Holds a BA in Geology from Monmouth College, an MS in Geology from the University of Toledo, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry University Chicago.
